| I'm a first year TCOM student looking for 2 female roommates who are quiet, clean, responsible and serious about their studies. No drugs, no smoking, no pets. The house is ~1,600 sq ft and has just finished construction - thus everything is brand new. The house is ~10-15 minutes from campus by car and located in River Oaks. Rent will be $450/mo per person w/ all utilities and internet included - but not cable tv. Each person will have their own bedroom but you two will have to share a bathroom (house is 3bed/2bath). I can provide beds and one small bookshelf for each room. The kitchen is stocked with a few pots, plates, lots of bowls, silverware, rice cooker, and toaster. The laundry room will soon have a washer and dryer (currently looking for them). If you want to come look at the house, give me a call - I'm usually home after 7pm. | ||||
