| I am a TCOM student looking for a female roommate to share a 2bed 1bath duplex 2mins drive or 10 walk away from campus. Rent will be $440 per person plus utilities split in half. The place comes with a W/D and has a shared backyard, all wooden floors, and individual AC units to keep bills low. I'm a pretty neat and quiet person and have no pets. I would prefer no pets but I can be flexible on that. Please contact me for more info. |
